Can you play golf and tennis even with the social isolation rules? Latest information from Office of Sport, NSW Government is that you can, as long as you are abiding by the nationally recommended social distancing rules.
On the back of this clarification, Cumberland Council is reopening its council owned Tennis Courts from Tuesday 7th April. Their council owned golf courses also remain open on the proviso of:
- social distancing within all areas of the golf course including the course, change rooms and administration area; and
- one golf cart per person.
City of Parramatta have advised that their council owned tennis courts will remain closed.
