Interview with Lindsay Munns
About Lindsay Munns
For over 25 years I have been at the forefront of small and medium enterprise in Australia as either entrepreneur, advisor or senior management.
For the past 10 years this has been focussed on growth enterprises as a business and strategy consultant and executive leader.
Between 2013 and 2015 I was CEO of Anytime Fitness Australia leading it through a period of rapid growth and internal development. In that 2-year period it moved from 3rd to overtake Fitness First as the No 1 fitness chain in Australia, with a store growth of 39% and 101% revenue growth.
With 406 clubs operating and 390,000 active members by July 2015 the internal operation had to develop rapidly to support the franchise network whilst concurrently developing management capability and additional revenue lines.
In the coaching & consulting sphere, I have assisted many fast growth businesses to develop capability to sustain profitable growth and build shareholder value, including a client who was on the BRW Fast 100 list for 3 consecutive years.
Additionally, I have Board and Advisory experience across several private enterprises and not for profit organisations, and provide a specialty service to assist enterprises set up and manage advisory boards to build management capability and effective governance. See www.adeptbiz.com.au
