Dimitri Kalogirou

Dimitri joined when we were Cumberland Community Radio with Sound of Style.  After 8 years away from the radio he decided to return and visited us at the open day in 2018. With a passion for music and a background as a DJ he could not resist.  He started a program with his daughter Bex, Mediterranean Mix on Saturday nights.  After a year on air he is now a finalist in the CBAA awards for the Best Music Program.

Dimitri is in the building industry and showed an interest in the condition of our tower.  Without any delay he was asked to join the board to assist and support with any building, tower improvement as well he has knowledge of the history of the radio station, allowing for further building efficiencies supporting the strategic priorities of Alive 90.5 FM.
