Get Your Knit On For A Great Cause

A nationwide Knit-a-thon is being held from May 1st – 31st to proudly support the Life’s Little
Treasures Foundation – a not-for-profit organisation committed to providing resources and support
to families of premature and sick babies.

In Australia, over 48,000 premature and sick babies are admitted into NICUs and special care
nurseries each year. The knit-a-thon event aims to encourage participants to knit items that will be
donated to these vulnerable infants to provide a level of comfort and support.

Organisers are seeking knitters of all skill levels to register today to make a tangible difference to the
lives of these premature and sick babies.
